I emailed them and I was contacted within a day. The person on the telephone was extremely helpful and very professional. They made an appointment for someone to come out and meet me. I met with Jay who walked me through the project. He was on time (even called to let me know he was on his way). He explained what different options were available to me and I found him to extremely informative.
In addition, Santa Barbara Fence and Deck are a local business. I feel they went the extra mile and the service was Great.
